Through the Law of Attraction...
The basis of your life is freedom!
The purpose of your life is joy!
Now these are powerful statements that some folks would read in a negative way and say "yeah, stroll on"
But the truth it is that this is our natural state.
Though if you think in the negative way, then the layers of life have just taken their toll on your thoughts and our beliefs.
Now I don't necessarily mean for a long time, when was the last time that you felt really free for just a few moments, minutes or hours?
What were you doing that made you feel that way?
Whether that meant cooking, gardening, creating a nice space for other people/family/children/work.
Or it may have been in an artistic way like music, or art in some form.
Maybe it was through some form of physical or spiritual or religious expression.
What happens when you are doing something that you love, you get lost in the moment and you are living totally in the now.
Eckhart Tolle talks about this in his book "The Power of Now"
When we are beating ourselves up in the past or worrying about the future then that's a hard place to find any peace.
But when we can get back into the moment
(and the quickest way to do that is by doing something that we love)
Then we can tap into that feeling of freedom and joy, which is our natural state, underneath the busyness, drama and worry
By the Universal Law of Attraction, you are attracting the essence of whatever you are choosing to give your attention to, whether wanted or unwanted
But so often we create by default.
But you can tell by how you feel, if what you are attracting (creating) is what you are wanting, or not.
Let your emotions tell you whether you feel better or not!
And all the while reach for a better feeling, feeling.
Find something that will make you feel better in that moment in time....Phone a friend, listen to some music, play with the children, stroke a pet, be creative, physical, get out into the country.
Whatever it is that will make you feel better in that moment in time.
Writing an appreciation or gratitude list is the quickest way that I know to get me there.
For me it is watering my plants and saying thank you to each and every one for filling my room with beauty and oxygen :-)
By finding a better thought in the first place.
And when you find a better thought or feeling, then you only have to stay with that for 68 seconds for you to activate the Universal Laws of Attraction that will bring you more thoughts and feelings that match the signal you are sending out :-)
Things are coming into your experience in response to your vibration.
Your vibration is offered because of the thoughts you are thinking, and you can tell by the way you feel what kinds of thoughts you are thinking.
Find good-feeling thoughts and good-feeling manifestations must follow.

There is nothing you cannot be or do or have, but your dominant intent is to be joyful.
The doing and the having will come into alignment once you get that one down.

1 Hour Telephone session ...60 British pounds
(Note! Any telephone or Skype appointments must be paid for at least half an hour before the start of the session, otherwise there will be no session)

Within a reasonable drive of the Totnes/Newton Abbot area?
I can also visit you in your own home.
I also travel further afield for longer sessions and these could be from 3 hours to 4 days.
Or you could come to Devon or Cornwall and stay at a friends retreat and I could visit you there.
A normal day in that case would be...
10am start, then 2 hour session - break for lunch - 90 minute session - break for tea/coffee - 90 minute session to finish the day.
If I travel to you, I stay overnight/s in a hotel and you pay the cost of the travel and the hotel.
We can discuss that option if that's more practical for you.
